Commissions:

  • Referrer: 20 % on all sales generated by their code
  • Mentor: 5 % on all sales generated by their code according to section 3.2

Explanation:

  • Each RR can grant their customers a 10% discount.
  • The discount is deducted directly at the time of purchase and is not relevant for sales calculations.
  • Commission calculation is based exclusively on the commission basis of € 29.70 per product unit.
  • All commissions refer exclusively to this amount.
  • Any expenses (e.g., travel or advertising costs) are deemed covered by the commission.

3. Commission Rates and Definitions

3.1 Referrer (RR)

  • An RR receives a 20 % commission on all sales generated through their personal code.
  • Own sales are all sales generated with the personal code of the respective referrer.

3.2 Mentor Commission

  • If a customer of an RR becomes a referrer themselves and receives their own code, the following applies:
    • The new RR receives a 20 % commission on all sales generated through their own code.
    • The original RR is designated as a Mentor and receives a 5 % Mentor Commission on all sales generated through the personal code of the directly recruited RR.
    • The Mentor's previous 20 % commission on these sales is forfeited, as these sales are henceforth assigned to the new RR's own code.
  • The Mentor Commission applies exclusively to the first level.
  • Commissions on further levels are explicitly excluded.
  •           Explanation: Before acting as a referrer, the mentor received a 20% commission exclusively on individual sales made by the customer.
With the customer's conversion to a referrer, this commission is forfeited, as the new referrer generates their own sales as well as sales from their customers.
For this, the mentor receives a 5% mentor commission on all sales of the referrer, which, with appropriate business development, can result in a higher total commission volume than with a pure customer relationship.

4. Minimum Sales Rule (Qualification)

4.1 Qualification Threshold

  • An RR is eligible for commission if at least € 100.00 in sales has been generated through their code in the respective billing month.

4.2 Consequences of Failing to Meet Qualification

  • If the minimum sales of € 100.00 are not reached in the billing month:
    • the 20 % commission on all own sales for that month is forfeited,
    • the 5 % mentor commission is completely forfeited,
    • no commission payment will be made for the relevant billing month.
  • Qualification applies exclusively to the respective billing month and does not establish any claim to future commissions.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Billing: 20 days after the end of the month
  • Payment: 10 days after billing

6. Final Provisions

  • This remuneration policy is part of the cooperation with all referrers and mentors.
  • Changes by the company are possible and will be announced in writing. In this case, the referrer will be informed of their right of objection and the consequences of failing to object.
  • The current version of this remuneration policy always applies.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • German law applies.
  • The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of take it 4 you UG.
