General Terms and Conditions for Referrers (Referral System)
(Version for online registration)
By registering as a referrer ("R"), you accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation in the R system
With your registration, you will receive a personal referral number or referral link through which customers will be assigned to you.
You promote the products of take it 4you UG independently and on your own responsibility.
2. Remuneration
You receive commissions in accordance with the remuneration policy for referrers (R system) in its current version.
All commissions are calculated based on the commission turnover (€29.70 per sale). Sale price: €33.00
Commissions are only payable upon reaching the qualification threshold of €100 of own commission turnover per month.
3. Voucher Rule
You can grant your customers a permanent 10% discount.
This discount does not reduce the commission base.
4. Advertising requirements
You undertake to:
Clearly mark posts as advertising,
present the products correctly and legally, in particular to comply with food law advertising regulations (including EU Regulation 1924/2006).
5. Rights of use
Images/videos created by you may be used by take it 4 you UG for marketing purposes without spatial, local or temporal restrictions.
You may use the brands, logos and product images of take it 4 you UG for advertising purposes for the duration of the cooperation.
5.1 Take it 4 you UG is entitled to use the content for its own advertising and public relations and to embed it in its own CIs, but not to edit or change it, unless the referrer has agreed.
5.2 Take it 4you UG is entitled to use the content on Take it 4you UG's platforms for cross-promotion of relevant products as required, and vice versa.
6. Liability
You are liable for the legality of your content.
In the event of violations, you shall indemnify the company against third-party claims upon first request. In the event of receipt of a warning or official complaint in connection with your contributions to the products, you are obliged to inform it 4 you UG immediately.
7. Termination
Participation is possible at any time with 14 days' notice.
Both parties may terminate the contract extraordinarily for good cause.
8. Data Protection
Your data will be stored and processed for the implementation of the R system and commission accounting.

9. Acknowledgement
By registering, you confirm:
- to have read and accepted the remuneration policy,
- to accept these short General Terms and Conditions as binding.
10. Final Provisions
This contract does not establish an employment relationship. As an R, you carry out your activities without instructions.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of take it 4 you UG. Remuneration policy for referrers and mentors.
